Cordage

As part of Alexandria Douziech’s project “Carriers,” I spun nearly 1000 feet of cordage out of rice, wheat, corn, sugarcane, soy, palm, banana, pineapple, coconut, sorghum, hemp, and flax fibers using a traditional spinning wheel.
